Looking at the work of Alex Hartley and Banksy, working alongside graffiti creative Faunagraphic and The Paper Birds Drama collective, Groups will be encouraged to create brand new works that coincide with Architecture, street art, graffiti, self expression and the use of mixed media, which will all form into part of a festival of arts just before christmas.
